We apply careful technical and operational security measures to avoid unauthorised access or loss of your data. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data in transmission to our Services.

We will store your data only in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the United Kingdom or the European Union. Transfers to other countries will be subject to safeguards that comply with the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 and the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation.

The Services use cookies only as necessary to allow users to (a) use our services and (b) receive the services of our service providers (including Google Cloud and Google Analytics). Google Analytics allows us only to monitor usage of our websites and does not provide us with personal data; however, if you wish to disable Google Analytics in your browser you may install a plug-in available from Google. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising or marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Access to and correction of information, and data portability. You can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you (subject to certain limitations – e.g. where the data also relates to other individuals) and/or to correct any errors in it.
